Collective intelligence

Navigating complexity together.

When perspectives meet, solutions emerge. The pace picks up, decisions are made under pressure, silos take hold. The answer: pause, exchange, pool intelligence together to gain clarity, connection and impact. At Archipel Connect, we facilitate rare and useful spaces where peers, teams and leaders progress together — without a top-down expert posture, within a framework that is both safe and demanding.

Collective intelligence

Our formats, based on your challenges

Peer co-development

Ideal for: unblocking a situation, gaining perspective, growing in your managerial posture.
Principle: one person brings a real situation; the group helps through a structured process (clarifying the request, judgment-free exploration, shared experience, synthesis and action plan drawn up by the "client").
Format: 5 to 8 people • 2.5 to 4 hours • cycles of 3 to 6 sessions • in person or remote.
Benefits: perspective, support, cross-learning, moving into action.
→ Let's talk

Tailor-made collaborative workshops

Ideal for: solving a complex problem, prioritising, co-building an action plan, imagining the future of a department.
Possible methods: design thinking, world café, open forum, problem constellation, decision matrix…
Format: from 3 hours to 2 days • 8 to 60 participants depending on objectives.
Benefits: engagement, diversity of ideas, clear decisions, ownership on the ground.
→ Let's talk

Team coaching

Ideal for: building trust, smoothing communication, aligning vision, rituals and role-play.
Approach: rapid assessment, collective sessions and individual check-ins, concrete feedback, cooperation rituals.
Format: support over 3 to 6 months • half-day to full-day sessions.
Benefits: cohesion, accountability, lasting performance — without over-control.
→ Let's talk

Thematic peer groups

Ideal for: executives, HR directors, expert managers who want to share their sensitive challenges among peers.
Principles: confidentiality, equal airtime, grounded in reality, no "guru" posture.
Format: stable groups • regular meetings, monthly or bi-monthly • 2.5 to 3 hours.
Benefits: breaking out of isolation, widening your options, deciding with more confidence.
→ Let's talk
